The location was great. Close to everything.
The location was perfect, the staff was amazing on my first trip then on my second trip he remembered me and gave me back the same room because he remembered that I enjoyed the view. That for me is excellent customer service, which made it valuable and worthwhile. The Christmas music made it very cozy and special. It was my favorite time of the year, and to have been there listening and singing along with the joyful songs, under the beautiful lights outside all while looking at the snow; made it a delightful experience.
It was not swept,let alone mopped. $700 for 4 nights.
Next door to snow hill
No remote in room for TV (had to ask the front desk for one), Phone didn’t work, dirty baseboards, shower floor was visibly dirty, hole in bathroom door, and the bed was collapsed on one side making it lumpy. We also had ants in the room.

It was near streets and I was able to see mountains and local people.
Thank you! We stayed warm inside (on cold nights of ~ 27F degrees). Two beds. Mini fridge and microwave. A hard chair at desk. Shelves. Heater unit. Price - maybe the lowest (or near lowest) in town. Warm/hot water (sink and shower). Very close to main road (Big Bear Blvd), Adjacent to Big Bear snow play (tubing) property - got to see man-made snow blowers & cats pushing snow in morning & colorful lights at night.
It’s was fine I’d stay again.
My husband got a rash on his arm from the shower curtain. We had to move rooms because the toilet over flooded. It didn’t feel very clean but the staff was very helpful and welcoming.

Gopal, the front desk guy, was exceptional! He was a friendly face and very accommodating. My friend and I would definitely stay here again just because of him. Haha
